The company also uses the services of various field specialists in cases where there is a special study or services required which may not be available in-house.

The company also does peer reviews for other consulting works and do also refer the applications for peer review to the specialist in different field. This strategy has worked in favour of the company to deliver the high quality projects.

One of the senior practitioners, who have recently joined the company, has a vast experience in the environmental management especially the EIA part. She has worked for various consulting companies, provincial government as a regulator and also national on special projects and also strategic EIA including those from ESKOM and other State Owned Companies (SOCs).
In supporting the team, one of the technicians has a vast experience in the mining filed of environmental. She has also worked for private entity, provincial government (competent authority for EIA decisions), and as a practitioner in a consulting firm conducting full EIA process.
